CLASSE student strike, as part of the Québec student strike against tuition increases, 2012

Between February and September 2012, students with the Coalition large de l'Association pour une solidarité syndicale étudiante (CLASSE), a branch of the Association pour une Solidarité Syndicale Étudiante (ASSÉ), organized a strike campaign, as part of the Quebec-wide 2012 student strike against tuition increases. CLASSE was a temporary national student organization with more than 100,000 members from student associations and federations across colleges and universities in the province.
